Buttweld 180° Return Bend Manufacturer, Supplier & Exporter

Valtron Forge & Fittings is a leading manufacturer, supplier, stockist, and exporter of premium quality Buttweld 180° Return Bend in India. We offer a comprehensive range designed to meet international standards and the demanding requirements of industrial piping systems.

Our 180° return bends completely reverse the direction of flow and are manufactured in both long radius and short radius patterns for heating coils, heat exchangers and compact piping loops.

A 180° Return Bend (U-bend) changes the flow direction by a full 180 degrees. Long radius returns have a centre-to-centre dimension of 3 times the pipe diameter (3D), while short radius returns measure 2D, allowing designers to build tight serpentine coil arrangements.

Key Features

Complete 180° reversal of flow direction

Available in Long Radius (3D) and Short Radius (2D) patterns

Widely used in heat exchangers, heating coils and boiler piping

Uniform wall thickness and consistent bore throughout the bend

Bevelled ends as per ASME B16.25 for full-penetration welding

Available in all grades of stainless, carbon, alloy and nickel alloys

Suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature applications

Material Used in Manufacturing

  • We manufacture Buttweld Pipe Fittings in a wide range of materials depending on service conditions and project specifications:
